Tax time is in full swing. Many could already have their tax refund cheque, others waiting for theirs, some of us owe.

If you are expecting to get a decent tax return cheque this year, it is a good idea to make a plan for that money before it gets here, and a 75" TV magically appears on your wall.

It is not hard to spend a big cheque, especially if you have no plan.
